Dwight Vick was born in Durham, North Carolina and was raised in Hampton, Virginia. He is the son of Reverend Norman and Mary Vick. While living in Hampton Virginia, Dwight played for the legendary Coach Mike Smith at Hampton High School. During his senior year, Dwight was selected 1st team All District, All Region, All State and Pre-Season Blue Chip All American as an offensive tackle. Dwight also lettered in track and basketball. Dwight has been married to Chanise C. Vick for eight years and together they have a daughter, Sydney and son, Isaiah.
Dwight is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech. While at Virginia Tech, Dwight played Offensive Guard (1994-1999) and led the Hokies to five consecutive bowl game appearances and two consecutive Big East conference championships. Bowl games include the Gator, Sugar, Orange, Gator, and Music City Bowl. As a senior in 1998, Dwight was selected All Big East and served as team captain. Dwight was also a three year letterman and received numerous team awards. In May 1999, he earned a B.S. in Sociology and a B.S. in Family and Child Development. Upon graduation, he attended the Baltimore Ravens mini-camp as a free agent before returning to Virginia Tech as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the football team. In the year 2000, Dwight played in the Arena Football League and started as a lineman with the Norfolk Nighthawks.
Dwight’s past employment includes working as a Social Worker for Prince William County - where he evaluated the needs of families, provided family counseling, expedited adolescent recovery and provided crisis intervention. He has also worked as residential counselor, high school football coach, case manager, and behavior specialist. Currently, Dwight is providing counseling to at risk youth and their families. Dwight is also working on dual licensure as well as a Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University.
Over the last 15 years, Dwight has conducted motivational presentations and workshops focused on empowering youth and their families to become successful in all their endeavors. Dwight is committed to assisting with the educational, spiritual, mental, and physical development of all young people. In an effort to help youth achieve their dreams of becoming successful he joined College Prep World in 2007 as the Director of Student Athlete Development. In this role, he advises student athletes and their families on college eligibility requirements, time management, and goal setting.

Mr. Eric Thompson has been active as a volunteer in the Woodbridge community since 1988 where he collected for the Leukemia Society for 7 years and worked for 3 years with the Salvation Army. In addition to his philanthropic efforts, Mr. Thompson began coaching several athletic teams on both the local and national levels in 2001. In 2005, he coached an American Youth Football League Senior Midget team to a 3rd Place National Finish.
In 2007, Mr. Thompson co-founded Collegeprepworld, an organization founded to educate both parents and their children about what it takes to realize the dream of attending college. As a student athlete himself at Virginia Tech (c/o 1992), Mr. Thompson was a trailblazer in the sport of swimming as he was one of few African American swimmers to compete collegiately on the Division I level. Mr. Thompson wants to ensure that every parent and child has full knowledge about college and the college process. His motto of “Fully Determined, Fully Prepared, and Fully Committed” is the mantra for the organization. Mr. Thompson feels that this mantra applies not only to sports but to life.
Mr. Thompson strongly believes that “everyone can go to college somewhere”.

Mr. James Wieger has been active in the charitable community since 1975 when he collected for the American Cancer Society raising the most for a bike-a-thon in Lake County, Illinois. He also worked for years assembling donations for the Salvation Army. In 1989 he served in the Bush Administration. During that time, he was also active in the White House Community Service Organization. After leaving the Bush Administration, Mr. Wieger graduated from the George Washington University Law Center, during which time he formed numerous government contracting entities. His entrepreneurial drive continues today, and he applies the lessons learned in sports and academics to the real world in terms of a team approach and exceeding client expectations.
In addition to his philanthropic efforts, Mr. Wieger played on many softball teams before and during the Bush years on the Congressional level, on the Campaign level and then on the Administration level from the 1970’s and into the early 1990’s. He was an MVP on a number of those softball teams.
Mr. Wieger has been a sports fanatic for years, following the Chicago Bears during training, regular seasons and playoffs. While attending the University of Michigan, he followed the basketball team through their regular season to the National Championship (Final Four), where they were victorious in Seattle, Washington. He was also lucky enough to cheer the Wolverines on to victory in the same year at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. Mr. Wieger is an avid Miami Heat fan and supports the organization in the team building efforts.
In 2007, he co-founded CollegePrepWorld to educate families about academics. As a student athlete fan at the University of Michigan, Mr. Wieger always encouraged athletes to pursue the duel goal of academics with a focus on business. He works to ensure that each and every parent and child gains knowledge beyond academics where the ivory tower gets applied to the real world. His motto of “Exceed Expectations” applies to life and all academic and sports pursuits.

Upon graduating High School, Raymond Washington was accepted to The University of Central Oklahoma due to his academic accomplishments and also received a partial track scholarship. In the Fall of 1999, Mr. Washington received his certification with the FPA (Fitness Professional Association) and became an independent contractor with local gyms, in-house training, and worked with middle & high school children.
In 2002, Mr. Washington began working at Flex Gym (Oklahoma City), where he headed up the kickboxing and aerobics classes, group training, personal training sessions, as well as diet & nutrition planning. A year later he started his own business, Raymond’s Elite Speed and Strength Training, for youth that had a desire to reach the next level in athletics.
In 2005, the Head Trainer from Southern Athletic Club, the largest gym in Oklahoma City came to Flex Gym and requested Mr. Washington’s leadership to become the Coordinator of Athletic Development. Upon accepting the position, Mr. Washington continued his education and received the following certifications: AED, CPR & First Aid, ISSA (International Sports Science Association), Group Fitness Training, Speed & Conditioning Certification. While running the top speed training program in Oklahoma , the Program Manager for personal fitness training at Heritage College came to Southern Athletic Club to gauge Mr. Washington’s interest in teaching PFT classes at Heritage.
Upon deciding to accept the position, Mr. Washington became the first instructor at Heritage PFT in Oklahoma City. Along with the backing and assistance of the Program Manager, Mr. Washington built the program from the ground up by starting a private school gym, networking with local gyms, and any other health locations. Due to the success of the program in Oklahoma, the director of the school requested Mr. Washington’s assistance in creating the program in other locations.
Mr. Washington’s initial task with this was to train an existing instructor, in Manassas, Virginia, they proper teaching techniques as well as design a strong student/instructor report. Due to the success of Mr. Washington’s methods, the director requested that Raymond stay on board and become the Program Manager. In early 2007, Mr. Washington showed that he was not complacent with his knowledge and received his ACE (American Counsel of Exercise) Certification.
In July of 2007, while at Heritage of Virginia, Mr. Washington met Eric Thompson, the Owner and Co-Founder of CollegePrepWorld. Due to Mr. Washington’s qualifications working with middle and high school student-athletes, Mr. Thompson requested Raymond’s expertise as an independent contractor to work with CollegePrepWorld. Since that time, this fast growing company has become Mr. Washington’s full-time career as he continues to change the lives of young men and women.

Upon graduation from Woodbridge Senior High School (Woodbridge, VA) in 2000, Reginald C. Walker, Jr. was accepted at The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) due to his accomplishments in the classroom. During his time at Penn State, Reginald was walk-on member of the Penn State Football Team including participating in the 2003 Capital One Bowl. Reginald graduated from Penn State in 2004 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Telecommunications.
In October 2005, Reginald relocated to Connecticut to work in Studio Production at ESPN, Inc. During the 2006 season, Reginald was tasked with producing analytical highlights and breakdown tapes for ESPN’s NFL Primetime. Since the fall of 2007, Reginald has participated in the production of College Gameday (Football) at ESPN. His work on College Gameday, as the show earned the 2007 Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Studio Show – Weekly, earned Reginald an Emmy Award as an Associate Producer.
Aside from his responsibilities in ESPN’s Studio Production department, Mr. Walker worked as a contributing college football analyst for ESPN Radio 1340 – Pittsburgh, KS and is currently a contributing analyst for HokieHaven.com. Reginald enjoys participating in athletics, working with young student-athletes, and traveling. He attributes his success to the encouragement and support of his parents and sister. He currently resides in Connecticut.

Mr. Foster was born and raised in Brevard, North Carolina. He is the son of Reverend Spencer L. and Minister Gwendolyn R. Jones and Minister Victor L. Foster, Sr. While he attended Brevard High, he played several sports and flourished in them, but shined the most in Track and Field. From his Sophomore year through Senior year, Mr. Foster received all conference honors and qualified and competed for 3A Regionals every year. He received MVP honors from the school along with many other honors throughout his time running. He also competed in Semi-Pro football in Japan for the Okinawa Dragons as a Defensive Back and Wide receiver. Mr. Foster has a 7 year old daughter (Bayley Denae) and a 6 year old son (Andon Mehki).
In July 1997, Mr. Foster joined the United States Air Force immediately following high school and deployed on many different tours. Some of his decorations include: National Defense Medal, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with 3 oak leaf clusters, Air Force Achievement Medal, and Air Force Longevity with 2 oak leaf clusters. He has been an Aircraft Mechanic, an Education and Training Manager, an Instructor and Combat Readiness and continues to serve in the Reserves.
Mr. Foster has also been part owner of a gym and a personal trainer having up to 25 clients to train in his programs. Mr. Foster is know as an extreme trainer partially due to his methods and personal drive, but also his motivation on how he pushes his clients and unique training techniques. Mr. Foster has competed and won 4 Bodybuilding Titles as a Bantam and Lightweight champion. He has competed as a Push/Pull Power Lifter holding a national record in bench press in his category and weight class as a Raw competitor.
Over the past 12 years, Mr. Foster has mentored middle and high school students in Florida, North Carolina and Oklahoma. He has coached youth football in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida for 2 years. He has been a sprinters and long jump coach at several schools in Florida, North Carolina and Oklahoma for 10 years and has been a youth and adult basketball coach for 8 years.
In 2008, Mr. Foster was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Behavior and Childhood Development. He also has Associates in Applied Science degrees in Aerospace Maintenance and Education and Training Management; and Associates degrees in Occupational Studies in Therapeutic Massage and Personal Training. Mr. Foster is now continuing his education in personal training by attending different seminars in nutrition and strength and conditioning camps. He will also be re-entering college in the fall to get his degree in Business Management with a concentration in Sports Management.

Mr. Formando was born in Fairfax, Virginia and raised in Woodbridge, Virginia. He is the son of Albert and Anna Sue Formando. While he attended Gar-Field High School, he lettered and excelled in 3 sports - football, baseball and basketball. He played quarterback on the football team and forward on the basketball team.
On graduation, he attended Northern Virginia Community College for two years and then transferred to George Mason University, where he played intramural flag football and basketball. In May 2005, he graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a concentration in Public Relations. He has a Certificate in Leadership and Management from Rockhurst University and is currently pursuing his MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Formando’s career is in post-secondary education, where he has held positions as a Career Advisor, a Senior Admissions Representative/Team Leader and a Senior Admissions Manager. His specialty is in interviewing, assessing and advising students regarding areas of study compatible with their career goals.
